DonationMatch is the result of Renee Zau’s unique experiences as both a silent auction chair and a multi-unit franchisee managing regional marketing. Starting in 2003, she volunteered with numerous nonprofit fundraising events each year, which gave her firsthand insight into the inefficiencies and missed opportunities surrounding in-kind donations. It was during her time with auction committees while managing her multi-location business that she recognized the benefits and the challenges associated with in-kind donations and set out to solve them.

Renee’s mission with DonationMatch has always been clear: to create more win-wins that make in-kind giving seamless, strategic, and impactful to both donor companies and the organizations they support.

In his 30+ years in IT, Darryl built more business intelligence systems than he can count, helping companies small and large with risk exposure, financial reporting, operational efficiencies, performance management, and even costume reservations. He believes that behind all the technology, there's a person with a real problem to solve, and it's his job to help get it done.
