No. DonationMatch does not take a percentage or charge fees per item. Starter accounts are free, and upgrade fees are optional.
Some donors may request reimbursement for shipping or handling—these must be disclosed upfront and are payable to the providers, not DonationMatch.

Sending a request or accepting an offer constitutes your acceptance of their terms.

Refund requests can be made starting on your event date (Pro Event) or at the end of your upgraded year (Pro VIP), and up to 30 days after. We’ll verify eligibility based on donations received and whether the required effort to use all upgrade features—such as requesting the Event Marketing Review at least 45 days before your event and reasonably following the advice to increase potential success—was met.
